My Order Was Fulfilled Already, But I Would Like It Held. What Can I Do?

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we can’t delay delivery directly. However, you have a few options to manage your shipment:

1. Hold at a FedEx location
You can request that FedEx hold your package at a nearby facility for up to 7 days using FedEx Delivery Manager.

2. Request a vacation hold
If you’ll be away for an extended period, FedEx offers a free vacation hold service for up to 14 days (availability varies by shipment). Check eligibility in FedEx Delivery Manager.

3. Stop and return the shipment
If you cannot receive your package and FedEx holds are unavailable, we may be able to intercept and return it to our warehouse. To request this, complete our Returns Form.

Please note: $125 per box will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
