Can I change the delivery address on my order?
If your order has not been fulfilled yet, email info@loribeds.com as soon as possible with your updated shipping address. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it before fulfillment.
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM ET.
If your order has already been fulfilled, we can contact FedEx to request an address change. While not guaranteed, we’ll do everything possible to assist.
