My Order Has Already Shipped — Can I Return It?

Yes. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return process. To begin, please complete our Return Request Form.

Option 1: Attempt to stop the shipment

• If your order is still in transit, we can request a Return to Sender through FedEx. This is not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best.
• If successful, $125 per box will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Option 2: If the shipment has been delivered

• Refuse delivery: You can refuse the package when FedEx attempts delivery, and it will be returned automatically. A $125 per box return fee applies.
• Return after delivery: If you’ve already received the boxes, we can help schedule a FedEx return pickup. A $125 per box return fee applies.
