The platform is rubbing against the bottom of the cabinet. What should I do?

This is usually caused by uneven leveling feet. Adjust them as follows:

Option 1: Lower the middle foot

• Locate the center foot under the cabinet.
• Turn counter-clockwise to lower slightly, increasing clearance.

Option 2: Raise the left and right feet

• Find the side feet under the cabinet.
• Turn clockwise to raise each side slightly.

Start with small adjustments, testing the platform movement after each change, until it moves smoothly without rubbing.
