Why Does the YouLift Bed Extend Beyond the Cabinet When Lowered?

This applies to the YouLift Bed.

The total depth measurement includes the wall cabinet, so the platform starts 14 inches away from the wall when upright. As the bed lowers, it “rolls” down on the rounded parts beneath the bottom shelf, naturally moving further away from the wall.

Fully opened depth:

• Queen Vertical: 105 inches
• Queen Horizontal: 86 inches

Once fully lowered, you can gently push the bed slightly toward the wall to save space. Make sure there’s still enough room for two people to safely lift and lower the platform.
