If you’ll be away, you can place a Vacation Hold through FedEx Delivery Manager, which allows FedEx Express and FedEx Ground shipments to be held for up to 14 days before delivery resumes.
How to set up a Vacation Hold:
1️⃣ Sign up or log in to FedEx Delivery Manager.
2️⃣ Go to “Vacation Hold” under your profile or “Manage Delivery” in a shipping notification.
3️⃣ Choose your hold start and end dates (up to 14 days).
4️⃣ Confirm your request. Deliveries will resume automatically afterward.
