Do YouLift Beds Off-Gas?

This applies to the YouLift Bed.

Our YouLift Beds are made from European Poplar plywood and meet very strict formaldehyde emission standards. The plywood is certified to emit less than 0.05 parts per million (ppm).
Here’s how that compares to common safety guidelines:

• The World Health Organization’s indoor air quality guideline is 0.1 ppm, and our beds are well below this level under normal conditions.
• The occupational exposure limit for formaldehyde is 1.0 ppm (time-weighted average), so our beds are far below even workplace limits.

All finishes used on the YouLift Bed are UV-cured and water-based, making the bed a safe, low-emission option for your home.
