I am assembling my Lori Bed and the Stayopen locks won't engage. What should I do?

StayOpen Locks only function when the platform is fully lowered. To ensure proper engagement:

• Push the platform completely down so the legs rest on the floor.
• Make sure the platform is parallel to the floor and at a 90-degree angle to the cabinet.

This alignment allows the StayOpen Lock to seat correctly in the Mechanism Plate.
